A young girl lived alone,
-rose in the morning
--put, on her slippers
-slipped into her robe
-went into the kitchen
-put on the coffee
-raised the shade
-and uncovered the parrot.
Just then the 'phone rang.
It was her boyfriend.
He said, "Hiya, Babe, the ship just
got in; I'll be right over."
So, the young girl
-pulled down the shade
-took off the coffee
-turned off the gas
-covered the parrot-and
-took off her slippers
-took off her robe
-heard the parrot say,
-"Ke-rist, that was a short day."

Dream Girl-
LIKE the girl who does.
I love the girl who doesn't.
I hate the girl who says she does
And then decides she won't.
But the one I love the most
And I'm sure you'll think I'm right
Is the one who says she doesn't,
But just for me-she might!
