Southfield, died April 29.
He is survived by his cousin, Ardis

loving companion, Marcy Caplan. Mr.

the late Beverly Kleinman.

ANNELOUISE KOKE, 73, of
Farmington Hills, died April 24. She was
a retired U.S. Army first sergeant.
She is survived by many loving

DR JORDAN H. LACHMAN, 75, of
Evanston, Wyo., died April 26. He was a
neurologist.
He is survived by his wife, Madeleine
Lachman; daughter, Jeanette Lachman;
son, Eric Lachman; sister, Miriam
Hamburger of Bloomfield Hills; sister-
in-law, Adeline Lachman. Dr. Lachman
was the loving brother of the late Philip
Lachman.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

SYLVIA LICHTENSTEIN, 84, of
Silver Spring, Md., formerly of Detroit,
died April 27.

She is survived by her nephew and
niece, Dr. Gary L. and Harriet Peck of
Silver Spring; loving nieces. Mrs.
Lichtenstein was the beloved wife of the
late Simon Lichtenstein.

JEAN S. MARKOWITZ, 76, of Walled
Lake, died April 30.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Michal and Joann

Lake; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy
and Pat Wilkerson Markowitz of Texas;
brother and sister-in-law, Arnold and
Riki Grant of Florida; grandchildren,
Staci and Justin Dial, Leslie and Kevin
Brown, Lisa and Brent Wright, Jai Sacks,
Max Markowitz; great-grandson.
Braydon Wright. Mrs. Markowitz was
the beloved wife of the late Burton
Markowitz.

H. GARY METZGER,57, formerly of
Huntington Woods of Chicago, died
April 11. Dr. Metzger earned degrees
from the University of Michigan, where
he was a member of Tau Delta Phi fra-
ternity, the University of Arizona and
Northwestern University. He spent two
years in the Peace Corps before working
