FRANCES K CARRICK, 88, of
Athens, Ohio, died April 29. She was a
member of Niarnat.
She is survived by her daughters and
son-in-law, Dr. Janice Carrick of Athens,
Ohio, Gwen and Robert Kahl; five
grandchildren, great- g b randchildren;
brother and sister-in-law, Joel and Rose
Kahn of Midland. Mrs. Carrick was the
beloved wife of the late Joseph Carrick;
loving mother of the late Jerry Carrick;
dear sister of the late Arlene Kahn.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

MORRIS J. DICKSTEIN, 84, of
Southfield, died April 24. He was a real
estate broker and former owner of
Morris J. Dickstein Building Company.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice
Dickstein; son and daughter-in-law,

Duprie of Bloomfield Hills; daughter
and son-in-law, Carol A. and Herbert
Lawson of Bloomfield Hills; grand-

grandchildren, Jason, Jacob and Carly

PATRICIA EICHENHORN, 55, of
Oak Park, died April 29. She was a
booking agent for school systems all over
the country.
Mrs. Eichenhorn is survived by
her husband, Sanford Eichenhorn;
daughters and sons-in-law, Wendy
and Dr. Nathan Stone of Farmington
Hills, Elysa and Michael Weil,
Charlene Eichenhorn of Oak Park;
sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen
and Linda Eichenhorn of

Bloomfield and grandchildren, Josh,
Zachary and Rachel Stone, Nathaniel
and Abigail Eichenhorn, Ari, Eli and
Zoe Weil and Miles Eichenhorn.

BARRY NEIL GREEN, 50, former
Detroiter of Florida, died April 18.
He is survived by his much loved wife
of 12 years, Wendy; sons, Justin Green
(Blau), Brett and Eli; sisters, Norine
Green Zimmer of Huntington Woods,
Anne Binkow of Adventura, Fla. He was
the loving son of the late Rose and Abe
Green.

MURRAY KAHN, 87, of Southfield,
died April 29. He attended Detroit's
Northern High School and was editor in
chief of the school
yearbook. He enlist-
ed in World War II,
was elevated to a first
lieutenant in the
87th Infantry and
worked his way to
captain, serving in
the quartermasters
corps. He saw corn-
bat in the Pacific
Murray Kahn
islands and was miss-
ing in action for four
months and presumed dead. He was the
owner of Kahn Coal Company, a busi-
ness that was founded by his father, and
ran it until the early 70s.
Mr. Kahn was president of the
Lomzer Organization, a Jewish men's
organization with family ties to Lomzer,
Poland, which provided funding for fam-
ilies who immigrated to the U.S. He was
also a past commander of the Lt. Roy
Green Jewish War Veterans, a member of
Yad Ezra, a member of Temple Israel and
a former Congregation Shaarey Zedek
usher.
He is survived by his wife, Mollie
Miller Kahn; daughters and sons-in-law,
Karen and Barry Siegel of West
Bloomfield, Beth Anne and Terrence
Miller of California, Barbara and Martin
Rom of Bloomfield Hills; sons and
daughters-in-law, Robert and Bonny
Kahn of California, Martin and Mary
Lou Kahn of California, Dr. Howard
Miller; grandchildren, Lisa and Michael
Zeldes, Dr. Jonathan and Danielle Siegel,
Robin Miller, Greg and Paola Miller;
great-grandchildren, Benjamin Siegel and
Zachary Santosuosso; sisters, Rebecca
Arnkoff Freedman and Sylvia Snyder
Schulman.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
