HOWARD M. PARKER, 79, of
Southfield, died Feb. 19.
He is survived by his wife, Annette
Parker; daughters and son-in-law,
Lynn Parker of Beverly Hills, Mich.,

Parker and Ron Homenick of Port-
land; brother and sister-in-law, George
and Phyllis Parker of New York, N.Y.;

Southfield, died Feb. 19. Mrs. Rad-
ner was a member of Hadassah, the
National Council of Jewish Women
and Women's American ORT.
She is survived by her son, Michael
Radner of Southfield; sister and broth-
er-in-law, Freida Meth and Nathan
Zajdner. Mrs. Radner was the beloved
wife of the late Herman Radner; the
loving mother of the late Gilda Rad-
ner; the dear sister of the late Elsie
Rhineston.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

DEVORA RAIZIN, 100, formerly of
Windsor, died Feb. 22.
She is survived by her son and

Raizin of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters

Leemon of Las Vegas, Betty and Morris
Gardner of Tucson, Ariz; grandchildren
and great-grandchildren. She was the
beloved wife of the late Avram Raizin.
Interment at Mount of Olives,
Jerusalem, Israel.
MELVIN ROBINS, 70, of Livonia,
died Feb. 19.
He is survived by his wife, Nina
Robins; sons and daughters-in-law,
Mitchell and Amy Robins of San
Diego; Howard and Pamela Robins of
Walled Lake, Jason and Teresa Gaffke,
George and Blenda Gaffke; daughter,
Beth Robins of Florida; sister, Bernice
Love of Grosse Pointe; eight grand-
children.

Mrs. Robinson was the beloved wife
of the late Charles S. Wolpin and
the late Philip Robinson.

SHELDON ROTH, 63, of Royal
Oak, died Feb. 18. Mr. Roth was an
executive of the stenography pool for
the State of Michigan. He was an
accomplished blues harp player and
drummer, had an orchestra in
Detroit and taught Mel Ball how to
play vibes. He was a founder of
Plum Street in Detroit, was the
highest collector for the Royal Oak
Lions White Cane Week and was the
only blind candle maker in Detroit.
He also sat on the Royal Oak
Mayor's Commission when the Dis-
abilities Act was studied.
He is survived by his wife of
13 years, Blanche Meyerhoven
Roth; sons and daughters-in-law,
Murray and Michelle Roth of Royal
Oak, Stanley Roth of Reno, Nev.,
Daniel and Rita Roth of Ferndale;
eight grandchildren; mother, Hilda
Roth Frank of Southfield; brother
and sister-in-law, Burton and Laura
Roth of West Bloomfield; mother-
in-law, Florence Meyerhoven; step-
sisters and stepbrother-in-law, Bar-
bara and Manfred Stryk and Mau-
reen Frank. He was the loving son of
