Israel Ballet Is Due at Music Hall
With Edward Villella, Anna Aragno

Dancer Edward Villella.
will be the special guest
star at the Music Hall Cen-
ter when the Israel Clas-
sical Ballet makes its
Detroit debut Oct. 19 and 20.
Villella, for 15 years a
principal dancer with the
New York City Ballet, has
had ballets choreographed
especially for him. He has
been a guest star with bal-
lets around the world. At
the Bolshoi Theater in Mos-
cow, the audience
demanded an encore of Vil-
lella, making him the only
American dancer ever
accorded that honor.
At the Music Hall, Vil-
lella's partner will be Anna
Aragno of the Metropolitan
Opera Ballet.

Prayers are signposts
along the way, visible even

ing us what to remember.
