sorority, and is a graduate of
the University of Michigan col-

June 14 wedding.

Center Symphony Orchestra, un-

Vladimiritzer Aid Banquet
to Help Needy in Israel
Needy families in Israel will
benefit from the annual ban-
quet of the Vladimiritzer Emer-
gency Relief Organization, to
be held this Sunday evening,
in the Hayim Greenberg Cen-

garden,- of Marlowe Ave., celebrated her sweet sixteen at a coke-
tail square dance last week at Springel's Patio Room, where
25 young couples were present to dance to the calling of Glenn
Eastman. •
Dr. Louis Gleekman and Mr. Ben Desenberg have returned
home from Chicago, Ill., where they attended the convention of
the National Association of Corrosion Engineers at the Hotel
Sherman. Both men participated in panel discussions along
with representatives from all over the world, including Israel.

2 pounds veal cutlet
sliced 1/4 inch thick

1 pound mushrooms, sliced

cup Mar Pary
cup dry white wine
1 teaspon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Brown sauce
Trim fat from veal and cut the meat into 1-inch pieces. Saute
veal in Mar Pary for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Re-
move from skillet and keep hot. Saute shallots and mushrooms
in Mar Pary remaining in skillet for 5 . minutes. Add wine and
simmer for 15 minutes or until the liquid is reduced one
half. Stir in brown sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Add meat
and simmer for 5 minutes. Serves 6. -
