Mr. Kottler Is Soloist at Center Concert Mischa Kottler, concert plan- , ist, teacher and music director of WWJ, will be soloist with the Center Symphony Orchestra, un- der the direction of Julius Chajes, on Tuesday evening, at the Davison? Jewish Center. Kottler, who is also official pianist for the Detroit S y m- phony Orches- t r a, will be heard in See- thoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 in C Minor. Other com- positions on the program include W e er's "Euryan the," overture; Kottler Dvorak's Two Slavonic Dances and Smetana's "Sarka" from the Symphonic poem "My Country." Saute veal in Mar Pary for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Re- move from skillet and keep hot. Saute shallots and mushrooms in Mar Pary remaining in skillet for 5 . minutes.
