has been carefully considered and an
effort made to give each school in the
Big Ten a fair representation. We
have been handicapped in this by a
limited knowledge of several Con-
ference aggregations, notably Iowa,
Indiana, Purdue, and Northwestern,
which we have not seen in action and
on them we have been forced to rely
solely on newspaper writeups and gos-
