In a hallow gla di h. combine the ingredient for the marin. de. Add the chicken brea t • turning
them to coat with marinade. Marinate, covered and chilled. for 2 to 4 h ur . Drain the chicken. pat
it dry. re erving the marinad .
Heat an iled grill pan over moderately high heat until it i hot. Add the chicken, and grill it for 3 to
4 minute on each ide. or until it i finn but till pringy to the tou h. Tran fer th chicken to a plate.
and keep it warm, covered 100 ely.

brown bit that cling to the bottom of the pan. Stir th broth mixture; add it to the pan, and immer
