uncommon.

'Th Queen' addresses

Renown radio executi ve Martha J an 'The Queen' Steinberg,
told an audience of more than 300 at Ru ell Street Baptist
Church recently, "We must cultivate our love with Jesus.
Cultivate a "love affair" betw n ours Iv s and God."
In the same address, 'The Queen' also expr ed her con­
cerns for our youth, ying that the crim rpetrat d by
today's youth has never n known befor in th hi tory of this
nation, causing grandparen to inh ri the r ponsibility of
raising their children.
The first annual dinner sponsored by the Sunday School
Class of Russell Street Baptist, 10 ted at 700 Chrysl r, was
a success as a number of fans were on hand carrying signs
expressing their love for the popular radio 'personality. In
addition to her success in broadcasting, Mrs. Steinburg is a
graduate of Business College in Memphis and the St. Louis
School of Nursing.
Franklin D. Mills, deacon/director of education spearheaded
the program along with Virginia Garrett and Regina Lewis
superintendent, and Rosa Edwards as chairp rson. Rev. An-

The album's title song, "Deter­
mined," "Give God A Chance"
and "Sit Down And Rest, " are th
thr most requested songs from
the album, Jarius said.
However, Jarius maintains
he is ven more pleased about
th impact they m to be hav­
ing on young people.
"I a great impact on young
people," he said. "Some young
peopl h ve organized their own
groups beca
of us."
Charlevoix and th host of a g0s­

WDET - FM Radio said, "It's (The
Sensational Gents) a very good
group."
