Vinaigrette. Makes four.serving .
**Note: The small mount of
bones and skin re completely edible
and n excellent source of calcium
and omega-3 fatty cids. Simply
blend skin and bon into mixture.

Whisk together all ingredients
until well combined.

Drain salmon, re erving liquid,
and break into chun with a fork.
Saute celery and onions in butter or
margarine until tender; blend in
flour. Gradually stir in reserved sal­
mon liquid and milk; heat to boiling.
Stir in cauliflowerettes, peas, 1-
mon, dill weed and salt. Heat through
until bubbly hot; stir in cheeses, stir­
ring constantly until melted. Makes
about six servings.
