Chloe is a student at Derby Middle
School in Birmingham. As a competi-
tive figure skater, she volunteered on
Sundays at Far Conservatory, where
she skated with young adults with spe-
cial needs for her mitzvah project.

the first ever faculty-student baseball
game with his best friends at Hillel to
raise money for JARC homes, where he
volunteered throughout the year, was a
meaningful mitzvah experience.

r. Norman and Dee Dee Lynn of
West Bloomfield are delighted

their daughter Melissa Nicole Lynn to Jesse
Alan Lafer, son of Kerry Lafer of Farmington
Hills, and Barbara and Larry Elson of
Commerce Township.
Melissa graduated from the University of
Michigan and earned an M.B.A. from the
UCLA Anderson School of Management.
She is brand manager for the North Business
Unit at Red Bull.
Jesse graduated from Michigan State
University with a B.S. in computer engineer-
ing and is an IT consultant with Accenture.
Sharing in their happiness are Melissa's grandmother Dorothy Lynn and Jesse's
grandmother Frances Lafer.
Melissa and Jesse reside in Chicago and will be married this October at the
Henry Hotel in Dearborn.
