Fishman
Bloomfield. She is
the daughter of Josi
Ryke and Brian Fishman and the sis-
ter of Eliana. Her proud grandpar-
ents are Elaine Ryke and Hershel
Kashdan, and Marvin Fishman. She
is also the granddaughter of the late
Eddie Ryke and the late Diane
Fishman. Michaela is thrilled to have
her great-grandmother Rena
Fishman sharing in the simchah.
Michaela is in the eighth grade at
Norup International School in Oak
Park.

Farmington Hills.
Sharing in the simchah will be his
siblings Jacob, Aaron, Rebecca and
Joel. His proud grandparents are
Evelyn Farber and Fred Farber. He is
also the grandchild of the late
Shirley and the late Walter
Goodman.
Noah is a student of Hillel Day
School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. His mitzvah proj-
ect was to add joy to the lives of
those less fortunate by performing
gemilut hasadim at Cass Community
Social Services in Detroit.

bar mitzvah. He is
the son of Karen
Laub and Gregory
Laub. Sharing in the simchah will be
his siblings, Jami and Sydney, and
grandparents Marilyn and Barry
Charlip, and Lynne and Bob Laub.
Ryan attends Berkshire Middle
School in Birmingham. Among his
many mitzvah projects, he felt vol-
unteering at Yad Ezra in Berkley was
the most meaningful experience.

Eric Silberg, will share the bimah at
Temple Israel in West Bloomfield
Saturday, Sept. 7, as they celebrate
their b'nai mitzvah. Their siblings,
Jacob and Kayla, and grandparents
Mary and Burton Schwartz, and
Andrea and Joel Silberg will share in
the simchah.
Ryan and Adam attend Hillside
Middle School in Northville. As part of
the mitzvah experience, both boys par-
ticipated in the peer-to-peer program,
where each was assigned a student
with special needs and mentored that
student throughout the school year,
giving academic and social support.
