He is survived

mother-in-law, Joey Weinstein;
sister and brothers-in-law, Susan
and Bill Rosen of West Bloomfield,
Steven Weinstein; grandchil-
dren, Ryan Weingarden, Caitlin
Weingarden, Jack Weingarden,
Alexa Philko, Lindsey Philko; aunt,
Francie Lipsman; many loving
nieces, nephews, cousins and a
world of cherished friends.
Mr. Philko was the loving brother
of the late Phyllis Chicorel; dear
brother-in-law of the late James
Weinstein.
