Simons 60th

E

ve and Iry Simons of Davie, Fla.,
formerly of West Bloomfield, will
celebrate their 60th wedding anni-
versary on May 28. Their children, Steven
and Susie Simons of West Bloomfield,
Helen Sarasky of Tamarac, Fla., and Jeff and
Candace Simons of Commerce Township;
their grandchildren, Eric, Mary and Dana
Simons, Jennifer, Chad, Iris, Jason and Gene
Sarasky and Zack and Blake Simons; and
their great-grandchildren, Owen Simons,
Travis and Aaron Sarasky, all wish them the
best and many happy, healthy anniversaries
to come.

obbi and Ed Gutman of
Farmington Hills and Roslyn and
Marc Jones of Riverside, Calif., are
delighted to announce the engagement of
their children, Jeffrey Michael and Aimee
Danielle.
Aimee earned a bachelor of arts degree
from Oberlin College with a major in politics.
She then served in the AmeriCorps National
Civilian Community Corps (NCCC).
Jeffrey eared a bachelor of arts from the
University of Michigan with a major in his-
tory and a doctor of osteopathic medicine
from Midwestern University in Glendale,
Ariz. He is a nephrologist, employed by Southwestern Kidney Institute in Phoenix.
Aimee and Jeff are looking forward to an October wedding in Temecula, Calif.
They will reside in Phoenix.

Schoenholt-Gutman

obbi and Ed Gutman of
Farmington Hills and Helene and
Donald Schoenholt of Great Neck,
N.Y., are thrilled to announce the engage-
ment of their children, Lisa Erin and David
Leonard.
Lisa graduated with dual BA and BFA
degrees from the University of Arizona,
received her MA from New York University
in secondary dance education and earned
her certified movement analyst certification
from the Laban Institute in New York. She is
employed as a high school dance instructor
in the New York City public school system.
David graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in psychology. He
has been involved in a multi-generational family business for the past 10 years
with Gillies coffee company in Brooklyn, N.Y.
After a July 4 wedding at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit, the couple will
reside in Brooklyn.
