worked on a number of national retail
projects, creating prototype stores for
Lens Crafters, Ups & Downs and Hush
Puppy shoes. He was instrumental in
the development of the outlet mall con-
cept from its inception.
He was involved in the Design
Michigan program for close to 15
years. Through the program, he worked
with the Downtown Development
Authorities in local communities
around the state, analyzing their
downtown areas and recommending
signage, graphic and design upgrades
to revitalize their local and historical
significance.
Mr. Gluckman was also an early
member of the Birmingham Temple,
becoming the third president and was
in charge of their art show for the last
five years as well as being an executive
board member. He was a past member
of the American Society of Interior
Designers and was a jazz lover and
music aficionado.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Elaine Gluckman; sons and daughters-
in-law, Kerry and Raquel Gluckman
of Ferndale, Matthew Gluckman and
Robin Remer of Deerfield, Ill.; sister
and brother-in-law Joanne and Joseph
Salins of Cherry Hill, N.J.; grandchil-
dren, Loren and Danielle Gluckman;
sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sandra
(Jerry) Brenner; many other loving
family members and friends.
Interment at the Beth El Memorial
Park in Livonia. Contributions may be
made to the Birmingham Temple, to
the American Heart Association or to a
charity of one's choice. Arrangements
by Dorfman Chapel.

DORIS GOODMAN, 88, of West
Bloomfield, died Oct. 26, 2008.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Richard and Joan
Goodman of Farmington Hills, Neil and
Chris Goodman of Big Rapids; daugh-
ters and son-in-law, Andrea Sanfield
of Bloomfield Twp., Susan and Glenn
Hammer of Monterey, Calif.; grand-
children, Jodi and Michael Goodman,
Joshua, Jessica and Rebecca Sanfield,
Nathan Hammer, Danielle, Drew and
Ethan Goodman; sister, Sylvia Bailen of
New York; brother, Norman Goodman
of Southfield.
Mrs. Goodman was the beloved wife
of the late David Goodman; mother-
in-law of the late Marshall Sanfield;
sister of the late Blanche (the late Burt)
Bailen; sister-in-law of the late Ira
Bailen and the late Jane Goodman.
Interment at the Adat Shalom
Memorial Park. Contributions may be

made to Hadassah or to the Detroit
Institute of Arts. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

SELMA KRATCHMAN, 96, of
Southfield, died Oct. 22, 2008.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Michael and Barbara
Kratchman of Bloomfield Hills; grand-
children, Henry Kratchman, Louis
Kratchman and Isaac Kratchman;
many loving nieces, nephews, other
family members and friends.
Mrs. Krachtman was the beloved wife
of the late George Kratchman.
Interment at the Adat Shalom
Memorial Park in Livonia.
Contributions may be made to
Kadima or to a charity of one's choice.

JANET E. (LEEBOVE) LAMPEAR,
88, formerly of Southfield Southfield
of Scottsdale, Ariz., died Sept. 12, 2008,
after a prolonged illness.
She is survived by her husband,
Harold; sons, Barry Leebove of
Farmington Hills, Ron Leebove of
Scottsdale and Terry Leebove of
Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren.
Her family and many friends will
miss her greatly.

NATHAN MOISEEV, 89, of Southfield,
died Oct. 25,2008. He was a pharmacist
and owner of Supreme Drugs in Detroit
from 1951-1978.
Mr. Moiseev is survived by his
daughter, Judge Susan Moiseev of
Southfield; sons and daughters-in-
law, Neil and Anne Moiseev of New
Jersey, Andrew and Marla Moiseev of
Huntington Woods; grandchildren,
Laura, Robert, David and Hannah
Moiseev; brother-in-law and sister-in-
law, Morris and Renee Rochlin.
He was the beloved husband of the
late Ada Moiseev; loving brother of the
late Max Moiseev; dear brother-in-law
of the late Rubin Rochlin.

Oak Park, died Oct. 27, 2008.
He is survived by his beloved wife,

of West Bloomfield; daughter and son-
in-law, Eugenia and Iza Gavartin of
Bloomfield Hills; brothers and sisters-
in-law, Simon and Fira Pereplyotchikov
