IRVING KAHN, 92, of Naples, Fla., died
March 18, 2008.
He was a packaging industry execu-
tive, former chairman of the board of
Liberty Paper and Bag. He received his
law degree from New York University.
Mr. Kahn is survived by his son, Elliot
Kahn of Rochester; daughter and son-
in-law, Elizabeth and Dr. Mark Singer of
Massachusetts; daughter-in-law, Pamela
Esser; grandchildren, Paul Singer, Dr.
Emily Singer and Dr. Greg Murphy,
Benjamin Singer and Dr. Monica
Nayakwadi, Sarah Singer and fiance,
Patrick King, David Kahn, Rebecca
Vandenbrook, Aaron Esser-Kahn and
Alisa Esser-Kahn; brother, Samuel Kahn
of New Hampshire, sisters and broth-
ers-in-law, Ruth and Warren Berger of
Florida, Zelma and Bernard Aiken of
Maryland; sister-in-law and brother-in-
law, Zelma and Phillip Horwitz.
He was the beloved husband of the
late Dorothy Kahn; the loving father of
the late Dr. Joel Kahn; dear brother of
the late Sophie Baker.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial

SANFORD MARK LEVITT, 65, for-
mer Detroiter, died March 12, 2008, in
Boynton Beach, Fla.
He is survived by his wife, Michol;
son, Scott; daughter, Michelle; sister
and brother-in-law, Beth and Howard
Golding; niece, Ashley Golding; nephew,
Jordan Golding.
He was the son of the late Doris and
the late Morris Levitt.

JOSEPH LIEBOWITZ, 73, of
Farmington Hills, died March 17, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia
Liebowitz; daughters and sons-in-law,
Shelley Liebowitz and Michael Pair
of Brighton, Toni and Corey Rodnick
of Midland; son and daughter-in-law,
Jamie and Jackie Liebowitz of Grass
Lake; grandchildren, Adam Rodnick,
Neil Rodnick, Alexander Rodnick,
Paul Rodnick, Sara Rodnick, Alyssa
Liebowitz, Evan Liebowitz.
Mr. Liebowitz was the dear brother of
the late Israel Liebowitz.

Farmington Hills, died March 22, 2008.
She is survived by her son and
