BRENDA MOSS,
89, of Camarillo,
Calif., formerly of
Detroit, died July 28,
2007.
Before moving
to California, she
was a bookkeeper
— most recently
at Eastern Market
and previously at Progress Electric
Supply. A member of Hadassah and
Women's American ORT, she had also
been active with B'nai B'rith and Adat
Shalom Synagogue and had assisted
with the kiddush program.
Mrs. Moss is survived by her
son and daughter-in-law, Dr.
Gerald and AnnMarie) Pearlman
of Camarillo; daughter and son-
in-law, Suellen and Frank Trionfi
of Wolverine Lake; grandchildren,
Brian and Kim Pearlman, Adam
and Rachel Pearlman, Shannon and
Greg Samczyk, Daniel Maier, Lisa
Hermann, Matthew Maier, Aaron
Trionfi and Jonathon Trionfi; many
loving great-grandchildren; sisters,
Molly Levin and Ruth Middleman;
many nieces, nephews, great-nieces
and great-nephews, other relatives
and friends.
Mrs. Moss was the beloved wife of
the late Jacob Moss, the late Irving
Chips and the late Irving Pearlman;
the loving sister of the late Max
Seffinger; cherished sister-in-law of
the late Morris Levin, the late Bundy
Middleman and the late Rachael
Seffinger.
Interment at Beth Yehudah
Cemetery. Contributions may be

5800 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo,
CA 93012; Chabad of Commerce,
4718 Half Penny Court, Commerce
Township, MI 48382; or World Jewish

JUDITH NADELBERG, 64, of West
Bloomfield, died July 24, 2007.
She is survived by her beloved
husband, Stephen Nadelberg; mother,
Joyce Portner; sons and daughter-in-
law, Robert and Marnie Nadelberg
of Plano, Texas, David Nadelberg of
Los Angeles; daughter and son-in-
law, Debbie and Mitch Varshawsky of
Santa Clarita, Calif.; sister and broth-
er-in-law, Susan and Jerry Levine
of Livingston, N.J.; brother-in-law,
Michael (Naomi) Nadelberg; grand-

children, Sydney, Ryan and Jackson
Varshawsky.
She was the dear daughter of the
late Irving Portner.
Interment at Mt. Sinai Memorial
Park Cemetery in Los Angeles.

the Leukemia and Lymphoma
Association or to the University of
Michigan Hospitals. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

MAX M. SCHWARTZ, 90, of West
Bloomfield, died July 23, 2007.
He is survived by his wife,
Harriette Schwartz; sons and daugh-
ters-In-law, Dr. Richard and Jane
Schwartz of Bloomfield Hills, Dennis
and Olivia Ross; daughters and sons-
in-law, Rena and Gerald Chernow
of Birmingham, Frances and David
Grossman; brother and sister-in-
law, George and Rosalie Schwartz
of Farmington Hills; grandchildren,
Brian Schwartz, Jessica Schwartz,
David and Julie Chernow, Aaron
and Molly Chernow, Jeremy Ross,
Matthew Ross; great-grandchildren,
Sophie Chernow, Annie Chernow,
Ethan Chernow, Jake Chernow, Blair
Chernow.
Mr. Schwartz was the beloved
husband of the late Beatrice
Schwartz; loving son of the late
Samuel Schwartz and the late Gussie
Schwartz; dear brother of the late
Sarah Goodleman, the late Ray
Fisher; dear brother-in-law of the
late Harry Goodleman, the late Harry
Fisher.
