He was a graduate of Horace Mann
High School in New York and attended
Columbia University. He was a mem-
ber of Temple Beth El, Franklin Hills
Country Club, Clinton River Boat
Club and Grosse Point Yacht Club. He
was chairman of the board of Fisher
Wallpaper and Paint Company from
1938 to 1989.
He is survived by his wife of 68
years, Jeanne Fisher Jacobson; father
of Osman F. and Jane Jacobson, and
Jeffrey W. and Susan Jacobson; grand-
children, Seth and Trudy Jacobson,
Andrew and Mindy Jacobson, Michael
Robyn Jacobson, Julie Jacobson
Roback, Connie Jacobson and Stacey
and Rob Balogh; 10 great-grandchil-
dren; brother, Louis Jacobson.

ROSE SEGAL KIESLER, 94, of
Ann Arbor, formerly of New York, died
Feb. 26, 2007. She held degrees from
both Columbia University and Hunter
College. She held the distinction of
being the first woman president of the
Nanuet Hebrew Center; she also held
national office in the Woman's League
for Conservative Judaism, served as
editor of its periodical, OUTLOOK,
for 10 years, and was president of the
Rockland-Westchester Branch. Shewas
professor emerita at Hunter and
Lehman colleges. Loving wife of the
late Harry Kiesler, beloved mother of
David Kiesler, Lewis (Arlene) Kiesler
and Kenneth (Emily) Kiesler, grand-
mother of Kate, Liza, Laura, Adam and
Aliyah.
Interment in New York.

SEYMOUR CHARLES LITT, 94,
of Southfield, died Feb. 27, 2007. He
worked in the coffee business for 66
years. He was a past president of King
Coffee, then Superior Coffee; at age 84,
he joined Cadillac Coffee.
Mr. Litt is survived by his daughter,
Barbara Bockoff of Bloomfield Hills;
son, Dr. Richard Litt of Birmingham;
grandchildren, Tracey Litt, Laurie Litt
Robbins, Julie Bockoff, Margo Ross,
Katie and Matt Chosid, Alexander "AJ"
Litt, Mollie Rose Litt; great-grand-
