Carbondale, Colo.,
died Nov. 26, 2006.
She was the former
executive director of
what is now Jewish
Apartments and
Services.
She is survived
by sons and daughters-in-law, Michael
Naimark and Marie Sester of Los
Angeles, David Naimark of Wheaton,
Ill.; daughters and sons-in-law, Judith
and Robert Sullivan of Carbondale,
Susan Naimark and John Rowse of
Boston, Mass.; brother and sister-in-law,
Arthur and Rosalyn Alpert; grandchil-
dren, Charles Naimark, Rose Sullivan,
Joseph Sullivan, Benjamin Naimark-
Rowse and Jesse Naimark-Rowse. She
was the beloved wife of the late Norman
Naimark.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park. Contributions may be made to
the Helen Naimark Fund at the Jewish
Apts. and Services or to a charity of

MORTON EDWARD REIZEN, 90,
of Franklin, died Nov. 19, 2006.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Sylvia Reizen; sons and daughters-in-
law, Edward and Joanne Reizen of West
Bloomfield, Leslie and Nancy Reizen of
Troy, Gary and Sara Reizen of Clarkston;
grandchildren, Scott (Sandra) Reizen,
Lauren Reizen, Jill Reizen, Carrie
(Chris) Mackie, Nicholas (Raynie)
Reizen and Christopher Reizen; broth-
ers-in-law, Seymour Grundy, Alan
(Luba) Grundy. He was the dear brother
of the late Charles Reizen, the late
Maurice Reizen and the late Jane Siegel.
Interment at the Adat Shalom

25, 2006. A gradu-

Michigan in engi-
neering, Mr. Shapiro
Shapiro
was a Marine during
World War II and
worked on ship radar.
As a stockbroker, he was a member of
the Chicago Board of Options Exchange.
He taught calculus at University of
Michigan and at Oakland University,
Macomb Community College, Oakland

Community College; he also taught the
brokers at E.F. Hutton. Mr. Shapiro was
a member of the Lucky Duck Poker
Club.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara
Shapiro of Grosse Pointe Woods; chil-
dren, Susan and Edward Kleiman of
Altamone Springs, Fla., Donald and
Barbara Shapiro of Plantation, Fla.,
Randi and David Zuckerman of Coral
Springs, Fla., Marc and Polly Mercer of
Grosse Pointe Woods and Jennifer and
Christopher Cadicamo of Royal Oak;
grandchildren, Marc, Melinda, Matthew,
Andrew, Jeffrey, Robert, Steven, Jamie,
Lauren, Jennifer and Kelli; great-grand-
son, Zachary; sister, Ronnie Robinson of
Palm Desert, Calif. He was the beloved
brother of the late Morton Shapiro.
