Keller's goal is for her clients to have as much fun as she does during a workout.

and all you need for that is a body and a floor. To work on your triceps you only
need arms and a chair. And one of the best aerobic exercises is stair climbing. If
you have two levels of steps in your home, you have an aerobic machine."
Those looking for a more specific, overall workout routine may lean toward
Keller's specialty, Pilates. Named for creators Joseph and Clara Pilates, the meth-
od of exercise and physical movement is designed to stretch, strengthen and bal-
ance the body.
"The system — designed for both men and women — works the whole body
from head to toe as opposed to one muscle at a time, developing a toned, flexible
body," Keller says.
Classes range from open mat floor exercises to advanced, faster paced power
mat sessions and classes that incorporate Pilates equipment utilizing support and
resistance springs.
"It's a great way for anyone — of any size and form — to change the shape,
definition and tone of their body," says Keller.
Basically, "I love to exercise," she adds. And keeping it fun is important to her.
She even conducts exercise birthday parties. "I will go to someone's house — usu-
ally in the morning — and start their day with a great, hard workout."
Not everyone wants to begin their day that way on a regular basis, but Berk
says, "Everyone can find time somewhere to do a workout for 30 minutes a day,
three to five times a week. You can say, 'I'm too busy with work to exercise,' but in
the end, what's more important, money or good health? ❑
