"It's a great way for anyone — of any size and form — to change the shape, definition and tone of their body," says Keller. Basically, "I love to exercise," she adds. And keeping it fun is important to her. She even conducts exercise birthday parties. "I will go to someone's house — usu- ally in the morning — and start their day with a great, hard workout." Not everyone wants to begin their day that way on a regular basis, but Berk says, "Everyone can find time somewhere to do a workout for 30 minutes a day, three to five times a week.
