ROBERT M. STEIN, 69, of Southfield,

died Jan. 20, 2006. The owner of
Midwest Socket Screw Products, a
wholesale fastener company, he previ-
ously owned Robert Stein Isurance
Agency. Mr. Stein was a graduate of
Mumford High School and received a
bachelor's degree
from the University
of Miami. He had
also been a member
of the National
Guard.
Mr. Stein is sur-
vived by daughters
Stein
and a son-in-law,
Jennifer Stein of San
Francisco, Dr. Julie and Ron Perry of
Ann Arbor; son, Matthew Stein of
Birmingham; grandchildren, Max and
Lewis Perry; sister and brother-in-law,
Suzy and Barry Lakind of Scottsdale.
He was the beloved son of the late
Myron and the late Gertrude Stein.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to the charity of one's choice.

GERALD STEINB ERG,
-
91, of West

Bloomfield, died Jan. 17, 2006. He was
the owner and chairman of the board
of Abso-clean Chemical Industries for
48 years. A 75-year member of Temple
Beth El, Mr. Steinberg formed the
Temple Beth El 1942 Basketball Team,
was a captain of All City Detroit High
School Tennis team and a member of
University of Illinios Tennis team and
Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. He was
also a member of Tam O'Shanter
Country Club for 40 years, and a
member of Detroit Tennis Club as well
as being active with YMCA and YMCA
camps.
Mr. Steinberg is survived by his
daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and

Harry Burman of Westerville, Ohio;
son and daughter-in-law, Marc and
Laurie Steinberg of Dallas, Texas;
grandchildren, Julie and Darren
Sapper, Wendy and
Jonathan Margolin,
Jennifer and Aaron

band of the late Phyllis Steinberg.

MILDRED STEINMAN, 80, of West

Bloomfield, died Jan. 17, 2006.
