BERTHA WINER, 96, of Alamo,
Calif., died Jan. 20, 2006. A native of
Fort William, Ontario, Canada, she
moved to Detroit in 1930, where she
met her late husband, Norman I.
Winer. After his death in 1964, she
moved to Los Angeles and then to
Walnut Creek, Calif. ,13 years later.
She is survived by her children,
Marvin and Maxine, William and
Kathy, Lawrence and Marilyn Winer;
grandchildren, Norman, Sam,
Jeremy, Abby and David Winer;
great-grandchildren, Joshua, Aaron,
Mathew, Joshua and Amanda Winer.
