She is survived by her children,
Deanne (Michael) Reitman, Bruce
(Beth) Gursky; cherished grandchil-
dren, Dr. Richard Reitman (fiancee
Ella), Wendy (Jason) Rubin, Linda
(Richard) Rosen, Dr. Alan (Vida)
Hartz, Darrin Gursky (fiancee Jamie),
Seth and Danielle; great-grandchil-
dren, Sophie, Madeline, Rachel, Julia,
Jordan and Beau; best friend,
Abraham "Al" Gursky. She was the
mother of the late Marilyn Hartz;
beloved sister of the late Morton
Dermer and the late Peggy Miller.
Services held in Boynton Beach,
Fla., under the direction of
Gutterman Warheit Memorial Chapel
of Boca Raton.

DIANE HAUSER, 87, of West
Bloomfield, died Sept. 1, 2005.She
was a member of Temple Beth El, a
past president of the Detroit Chapter
of Hadassah, a past president of Sinai
Hospital Women's Guild, a past cam-
paign chairman and past president of
the Women's Division of the Jewish
Federation of Metro Detroit.
Mrs. Hauser is survived by her
daughters and son-in-law, Nina
Hauser of Arizona, Marjorie and Dr.
Michael Federman of Franklin; grand-
son, Dr. Robert Jay Federman; broth-
er and sister-in-law, Joseph and Isabel
Davidson of Florida. She was the
beloved wife of the late Dr. I. Jerome
Hauser and the late Robert Deutsch;
devoted mother of the late James
Hauser; loving sister of the late Betty
and the late Dr. Herbert Bloom; dear
sister-in-law of the late Dr. Pearl and
the late Dr. Myron Hauser, the late
Anne and the late Yale Smith, the late
Florence and the late Dr. Herbert
Metz, the late Shirley and the late Dr.
Maurice Hauser, the late Bernice and
the late Alfred Deutsch and the late
Ruth and the late Charles Dodge.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to the I. Jerome, Diane and
James Hauser Fund at Temple Beth
El, Hadassah or Hurricane Katrina
Disaster Relief Fund at Jewish
Federation, PO Box 2030, Bloomfield
Hills, MI 48303-2030. Arrangements
