MAX KRAVITZ, 98, of Farmington

93, former Detroit of Phoenix, Ariz.,
died Nov. 8, 2004.
She is survived by her daughters,
Miriam Sokolow and Evelyn Tutnick
of Phoenix; grandchildren, Judith
(Joel) Rubenstein-Kettler, Suzanne
(Arthur) Richardson, Deanna
(Michael Aubin) Bogart, Bonnie
(John Miller) Derezinski, Steven
(Diane) Tutnick, Joel (Gaylin)
Tutnick, Lesley (Joseph) Machbitz;
great-grandchildren, Amy, David,
Matthew Derezinski, Jessica,
Stephanie and Elizabeth Richardson,
Alexandra Bogart-Sharp, Rachel,
Emily and Seth Tutnick, David and
Anya Machbitz; sister-in-law,
Beatrice Levin of Tamarac, Fla. She
was the beloved wife of the late Dr.
David M. Levin; dear mother of the
late Freyda Labbe; grandmother of
the late Aviva Labbe; loving great-
grandmother of the late Dillon
Derezinski; beloved sister of the late
Esther Nosanchuk and the late
Helen Lipschutz.
Services were held in Phoenix.

ments by Sinai Mortuary of Arizona.

Hills, died Nov. 10, 2004. He was
born in Vilna, Lithuania, and arrived
at Ellis Island in 1907. He loved
classical music, learned to play the
violin and was
concert master of
the Jewish sym-
phony during the
1930s. Mr.
Kravitz's father
taught him the
roofing business
and he operated
his own business
for over 40 years.
At age 63, he and
his wife began a statistical typing
business on Southfield Road.
When Mr. Kravitz was 90, he
received the Diamond of the
Community award from the Farm-
ington Area Commission on Aging
for his services to Eagle Elementary
School from 1989-1999. The whole
school celebrated his 90th birthday
at a Gemini concert in his honor.
Mr. Kravitz is survived by his
daughter and son-in-law, Lenore and
Ronald Kingston of Farmington
Hills; brother, Allen Kravitz of San
Diego; grandchildren, Beverly
Kingston, Andrea (Patrick) McNulty
and Suzanne Walmsley; great-grand-
children, Alicia, Nicholas, Joshua
and Evan. He was the beloved hus-
band of the late Rebecca Kravitz.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

Farmington Hills, died Nov. 10, 2004.
He is survived by his daughter and

Morgenstein of West Bloomfield;

Michael (Kristine) Morgenstein;
great-grandchildren, Avery Morgen-
stein, Kendall Morgenstein and Lyle
Cheatham. He was the beloved hus-
band of the late Ruth Kurhan; father
of the late Barbara Kurhan.
Interment at Tifereth Israel
Cemetery in Everett, Mass.

Feldman, the late Harold Feldman,
the late Lillian Lebey.
