MAX LITMAN, 99, of Southfield, died
April 17, 2003. He owned the Warsaw
Bakery in Bay City for 50 years. After
selling the bakery, he moved to the
Detroit area where he began baking
bread and rolls for Quality Kosher
Catering at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek. Mr. Litman was a member of the
Elks USA in Bay City for 68 years.
He is survived by his son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Sheldon and Donna Litman
of Farmington Hills; daughter, Serene
Love of Farmington Hills; sister, Esther
Litman of Oak Park; grandchildren,
Joshua Litman and Kimberly Love. He
was the beloved husband of the late
Helen Litman; brother of the late Louis
Litman, Edward Litman and Bertha
Litman.

MARK NOLAN, 90, formerly of
Southfield of Hallandale , Fla., died
March 25, 2003. He was a Holocaust
survivor and the owner of Pacific Linen
and Drapery in the Cherry Hill Mall.

HELGA PLONSKIER, 83, of
Southfield, died April 19, 2003.
She is survived by her son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Marc and Heni Plonskier of
Newton, Mass.; daughter and son-in-
law, Rosalie and Bernard Cohen of
Southfield; grandchildren, Rebecca and
Erez Gilad, Elizabeth Cohen, Lauren
Koenig-Plonskier, Sarah Koenig-
Plonskier; great-grandson, Eli Nathan
Gilad. She was the beloved wife of the
late Nathan Plonskier.

Jean (Leonard) Margolis, the late Phillip
(Rose) Remer and the late Mildred
(Jack) Share.

THEODORE JAY ROBINS, 90, of
Farmington Hills, died April 15, 2003.
Mr. Robins attended the Westminster
College and received a bachelor of busi-
ness administration degree, certificate
teacher license in English, business
English and high school social studies.
He did graduate study of law at
University of Detroit.
Mr. Robins had four years of high
school orchestra, playing the violin, and
two years in the high school band, play-
ing the saxophone.
He is survived by his wife, Clara
Robins; daughters and sons-in-law,
Sharon Radom and Hugh Gedrich of
Southfield, Marion and Paul Rubin of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Harriet
and Michael Morse, Mark and Amy
Radom, Lisa and Sandor Terner, Steve
Rubin; great-grandchildren, Ella, Jillian,
Joshua, Jake, Danny, Derek. He was the
