MAX LITMAN, 99, of Southfield, died April 17, 2003. He owned the Warsaw Bakery in Bay City for 50 years. After selling the bakery, he moved to the Detroit area where he began baking bread and rolls for Quality Kosher Catering at Congregation Shaarey Zedek. Mr. Litman was a member of the Elks USA in Bay City for 68 years.
