Detroiter of Coconut Creek, Fla., died
Jan. 5.
She is survived by her daughter and

Colo., Jerry and Paula Reisner of the
Netherlands; grandchildren, Marla,
Alissa, Lindsay, Josh and Naomi; great-

law, Claire and Mary Tamaroff. She was
the beloved wife of the late Harold
Reisner.
Interment in Florida.

HARRIET S. ROSENBAUM, 74, of
Southfield, died Feb. 2.
She is survived by her mother, Frieda
Reisler; sons and daughter-in-law, Elliot
Rosenbaum of Southfield, Joel and
Sarah of St. Clair Shores; brothers,
Hershel Reisler of Southfield, Sidney
Reisler of California. Mrs. Rosenbaum
was the beloved wife of the late Samuel
Rosenbaum.

MANUEL L. ROTENBERG, 79, of

Farmington Hills, died Jan. 28. He was
a retired business executive who helped
in the development of the Cuzzens

Credit Bureau. Mr. Rotenberg played
baseball at the University of Illinois and
was slated to play for one of the minor
leagues clubs for the Cleveland Indians.
However, World War II intervened
and he became a bomber pilot flying
B-26s over France, Belgium and
Germany as one of five Pathfinders in
the Ninth Air Force. He had a distin-
guished career and received several
medals including the Distinguished
Flying Cross. After the war, he worked
with his brother to expand General
Mill Supply Company, a national
waste paper company.
After retiring from General Mill,
he worked with his grandchildren in
the formation and development of
the Cuzzens Credit Corporation.
Mr. Rotenberg always maintained
his interest in sports and became a
low-handicapped golfer at
Knollwood Country Club.
He is survived by his wife of almost
60 years, Dolly Rotenberg; daughters
and son-in-law, Bonnie Hubert of
Florida, Janice and Richard VanStrien
of West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
David Hubert, Darryl Kaplan, Ben
Hubert, Jenica Kaplan, Nicole
VanStrien; brother and sister-in-law,
Milton and Terry Rotenberg of West
Bloomfield; sisters and brother-in-law,
Mary Steffin of Southfield, Phyllis and
Philip Deytshe of West Bloomfield;
brothers-in-law, Edgar Fenton and
Robert Fenton.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to Temple Beth El. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

PHILIP M. SALLEN, 74, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 30.
He is survived by his wife, Helen
Sallen; sons, Mark Keppler of Novi,
Gregory Sallen of West Bloomfield;
daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and
Thomas Warshaw of Farmington Hills;
sisters, Sylvia Salim of Miami, Florida,
Rosalyn Sallen of Oak Park; grandson,
David Warshaw.

Jewish charity of one's choice. Interment
at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

JACK SCHNEIDER, 78, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 30. He was the
owner of Griswold Mortgage
Company in Detroit. He was a gradu-
ate of the University of Michigan Law
School, a member of the Michigan
Bar Association and was recently hon-
ored for over 50 years of membership.
Mr. Schneider is survived by his wife,
