ANDREA PERRY, 57, of Bloomfield
Hills, died June 5.
She was a teacher at
Hickory Grove
Elementary School.
She is survived by
her husband,
Stephen Perry; son,
oshua Perry of
Bloomfield Hills;
mother, Sara Eason
of Farmington Hills;
Andrea Perry
brother, David
Eason of
Farmington Hills. Mrs. Perry was the
loving daughter of the late Jack Eason.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Gilda's
Club, Jewish Association for Residential
Care or Beaumont Hospice.
Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

ZACHARY ADAM POLASKY, 16, of
Owosso, died June 7. He was a student
at Perry High School in Perry and a
member of Temple Beth-El in South
Bend, Ind.
He is survived by his father, William
M. Polasky of Owosso; mother, Edwina
M. LaGrand of Neoeesh,a, Kan.; brother,
Benjamin Hollis Polasky; half-sisters,
Betty Michelle Polasky, Sara LaGrand;
grandparents, Frank M. and Frumeth
Polasky of Saginaw; aunts, Wendy (Roy)
Good of Sarasota, Fla., Dr. Diane
Polasky of Albuquerque, N.M.; great-
aunts, Marianne Smith of Bay City,
Linda Parks of Farmington Hills; great-
uncle, Robert Schiff of Oakland, Calif

Hebrew Memorial Cemetery in
