Adat Shalom
Honors Youth

Adat Shalom Synagogue will
honor its confirmation and grad-
uation classes of 2000 at the con-
gregation's annual Nosh 'n Drash
Shabbat on Friday, May 26.
Confirmation students will
lead a Shabbat service beginning
at 6 p.m. A Shabbat dinner will
follow. Beginning at 8:15 p.m.,
the synagogue's high school
graduates will present a program
on the importance of Jewish
education. Nosh 'n Drash stu-
dents will be called to the bima
to acknowledge this year's study;
graduating seniors and confir-
mands will receive special recog-
nition. Recipients of the
Feldman Family Scholarships
for travel to Israel will be recog-
nized that evening.
A special oneg Shabbat will
follow the service.
