of Silver Spring, Md.; daughter and son-
in-law Regine and Stuart Meisel of
Lincolnwood, Ill.; eight grandchildren.

dent at University of Detroit High
School.
He is survived by his parents, Dr.
Paula Schuman of Southfield and
Jacques Vielot of Southfield; sisters
Miranda Vielot, Nadja Vielot,
Jacqueline Vielot, Marshka Vielot;
brothers and sister-in-law Karl Vielot,
Vladimir and Melissa Vielot; grand-
mother Elizabeth McNaughton.
He was the loving grandson of the
late Edward L. Schuman, the late
Augustine Vielot and the late Andree
Vielot.

BELLE WEISMAN, 85, of West

Bloomfield, died Aug. 15.
At the age of 47, Mrs. Weisman went
back to school and received her bache-
lor's and master's in teaching and taught
at the Helen Fields school in Detroit.
She was a volunteer for Ford Hunger
March and as well as a teacher to immi-
grants. She was a member of the Jewish
Parents Institute, the Pleasant Lake
Improvement Association and sang in
the Jewish Folk Chorus.
Mrs. Weisman is survived by her sons
and daughters-in-law, Larry and Judie
Weisman of West Bloomfield, Robert
and Rachel Weisman of Castro Valley,
Calif.; daughter Marcia Weisman of
Oakland, Calif.; grandchildren Sara and
Ben Young, David Weisman, Stephanie
Weisman and Rebecca Weisman.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Manuel Weisman.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
