JEROME OPPENHEIM, 80, of
Boynton Beach, Fla., died Aug. 15. Mr.
Oppenheim was self-employed in the
liquor business.
He is survived by his son and daugh-

Oppenheim; brother and sister-in-law
Norman and Mae Oppenheim.

SHIRLEY RAF, 85, of Southfield, died
August 9.
Mrs. Raf and her late husband,
Harry, owned the children's apparel
shop, Small Fry Fashions. In 1965 they
opened A La Mode, which catered to
pre-teens and juniors. She was a life
member of Hadassah.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Robert and Carol Raf
of West Bloomfield, sister and brother-
in-law Roz and Eli Cutler of West
Bloomfield; grandchildren Brian, Mindy
and Stacey Raf.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Harry Raf.
Graveside services were held at Adat
Shalom Memorial Park. Contributions

RUTH MARY RASKIN, 70, of Oak
Park, died Aug. 1. Mrs. Raskin was a
secretary for the federal government.
She is survived by her husband,
Martin Raskin; son Robert Raskin of

Daniel; sister Eileen Grinspoon of
Massachusetts; brother Samuel
Applebaum of Massachusetts.
