Automobiles are useful, but to pave the
ancient Land of Israel with concrete for

a new way of life to birth before disaster?

The Jewish Historical Society of
Michigan will hold a "Field of
Dreams" tour of
Tiger Stadium,
Wednesday, July
28, beginning
with an 8 a.m.
breakfast buffet at
Temple Beth El.
Irwin "Mr.
Baseball" Cohen
will cover a cen-
tury of history
about the Tigers,
Tiger Stadium and Comerica Park,
including stories of the players, front
office, trades and insider information.
A bus will go to and from the stadi-
um, including a drive by the new
Comerica Park. The tour will be led
by Cohen and Detroit Tigers profes-
sional staff. The bus will return to
Beth El at 12:30 p.m.
