Bar/Bat Mitzvah
Jaymie Adina Morton will celebrate
her bat mitzvah on
Saturday; May 15, at
Congregation Beit
Kodesh. Jaymie is
the daughter of Don
and Michele
Morton, sister of
Shaun and grand-
daughter of Larry
and Myra Morton
and Milton and Frances Goldman.
Jaymie is in the seventh grade at
East Middle School in Farmington
Hills and is on the honor roll. She
plays coronet in the school band and is
on the school track team. Away from
school, she enjoys basketball, baseball,
bowling, golf, hockey and theater.
Jaymie plans to join the eighth grade
choir this fall.
Jaymie's mitzvah included helping
senior citizens at the William Costic
Center.

A student at Abbott Middle School
in West Bloomfield, Megan enjoys
choir, theater and writing. Her mitz-
vah projects include volunteering at
Yad Ezra, at the coat drive and the
Penny Harvest.

Zedek B'nai Israel
Center. Emilie is the
daughter of Dr.
Karen and Morris
Rottman and the sis-
ter of Andrea. She is
the granddaughter of Steven and
Marcia Meyers and Dr. Hana Rottman
and the late Dr. Arnold Rottman.
Emilie is an honor student at Abbott
Middle School in West Bloomfield. She
enjoys skiing, windsurfing, swimming,
piano, theater and singing.
For her mitzvah project, Emilie vol-
unteered at the Yad Ezra food pantry
and made deliveries of food parcels.

Mollencopf-Eckenrod
Frank and Linda Eckenrod of
Huntington Woods are delighted to
announce the engagement of their son
Robert Alan to Tracey Lyn Mollencopf,
daughter of Phil and Sharon
Mollencopf of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of
Berkley. Rob is the grandson of the late
Bertha and Emory Stein.
Tracey earned her bachelor's degree
from Olivet College and is employed as
a nanny. Ron obtained his bachelor's
degree from Michigan State University
and is a mortgage officer with Bank
One Corporation in Bloomfield Hills.
An October wedding is planned.
Schwartz-Shienbaum
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Schwartz of
Southfield announce the engagement
of their daughter Marci to Jay Michael
Shienbaum, son of Mr. and Mrs. Luis
Shienbaum of Miami Beach.
Both Marci and Jay are employed
at Rock Financial as mortgage
bankers. They recently relocated from
Miami Beach and will reside in West
Bloomfield.
An August wedding is planned.
