Southfield, died Dec. 7.
He is survived by his wife, Ann

Townsend, Wash.; brother, Ben
Samsky of El Paso, Texas; grandchil-
dren, Michael Adam Samsky, Rachel

RENA SILVER, 87, of Oak Park, died
Dec. 8.
She is survived by her husband,
Samuel Silver; daughter and son-in-
law, Hannah and Lior Yofan Blau of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
Tamara Blau, Ben Blau.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Services and
interment were held at Machpelah
Cemetery in Ferndale. Arrangements
by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

BETTY STEINMAN, 89, of
Southfield, died Dec. 5. Mrs.
Steinman was a member of the City of
Hope, Jewish National Fund and
Jewish Home for Aged.
She is survived by her daughters and
son-in-law, Sharyn and Dr. Alan
Cornfield of Farmington Hills, Ida Lee
Epstein of Flint; grandchildren, Alan
