LARRY MARC BOLTON, 43, of
Southfield, died Nov. 23. Mr. Bolton
was an attorney and partner with
Dean and Fulkerson in Troy. He was a
Cooley Law School graduate and a
member of the Michigan and Oakland
County Bar Associations.
Mr. Bolton is survived by his par-
ents, Leonard and Jean Bolton of
Boynton Beach, Fla.; brother, Scott
Jay Bolton of LaCrescenta, Calif.;
grandmother, Sophie Davidson of
West Orange, N.J.

WILLIAM H. FRANK, 90, former
Detroiter of Scottsdale, Ariz., died
Dec. 1. Mr. Frank graduated from the
Engineering School of the University,
of Michigan in 1927. Upon graduat-
ing, he joined Bulldog Electric
Products and became its chief execu-
tive officer. After he merged Bulldog
Electric into ITE, a New York stock
exchange company, he became execu-
tive vice president of that corporation.
During his life, Mr. Frank devoted his
time to community service. He was

the president of the United
Community Services (the allocation
arm of the Torch Drive) and served on
the boards of the Boy Scouts of
America, the American Jewish
Committee and Temple Beth El.
Mr. Frank is survived by his wife of
69 years, Ruth Lambert Frank; daugh-
ters and son-in-law, Ruth E Rattner,
Ann F. and Norman D. Katz; seven
grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchil-
dren and brother, Harry Frank of Los
Angeles. Interment in Arizona.
