Mr. Frank graduated from the Engineering School of the University, of Michigan in 1927. Upon graduat- ing, he joined Bulldog Electric Products and became its chief execu- tive officer. After he merged Bulldog Electric into ITE, a New York stock exchange company, he became execu- tive vice president of that corporation. During his life, Mr. Frank devoted his time to community service. He was - the president of the United Community Services (the allocation arm of the Torch Drive) and served on the boards of the Boy Scouts of America, the American Jewish Committee and Temple Beth El. Mr. Frank is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruth Lambert Frank; daugh- ters and son-in-law, Ruth E Rattner, Ann F. and Norman D.
