Stacie Beth Isenberg, formerly of

doctoral degree in clinical child psy-
chology from
Yeshiva University,
New York. Dr.
Isenberg completed
her internship at
the University of
Pennsylvania School
of Medicine and is

chairwoman of the
board of the
American
Committee for the
Weizmann Institute
of Science,
Michigan Region.
Mrs. Jacobson has a
long record of
Nancy Jacobson involvement with
the American
Committee for
the Weizmann Institute of Science,
having served on the Michigan
Board and as past chairwoman
of Weizmann's Women and
Science.

Sarah Chopp of Southfield was
elected the LS&A representative to
the Michigan Students Assembly, the
student government at the
University of Michigan. A first-
semester freshman, she was the top
vote-getter of the 37 candidates who
ran in this election.

At JWV Home

The Department of Michigan Jewish
War Veterans and the Jewish War
Veteran Auxiliaries will have a
Chanukah party 6:30 p.m. Saturday,
Dec. 27, at the JWV,Memorial Home.
There will be music featuring singer
Marty Sheyer.
The charge is $6 per person, mem-
bers only and their mates. Singles may

The Sholem Aleichem Institute will
present Dr. JUdith Nisenholc who will
lecture on "Jewish Artists and Writers
Who Worked Together in Russia From
1917 to 1960," 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5,
at Franklin Pointe clubhouse. The
meeting is open to the public at no
charge.
Dr. Nisenholc teaches at U-M in the
Frankel School of Judaic Studies. She
also teaches Yiddish classes at the
Agency for Jewish Education.

annual fund-raising dinner to
honor Doreen Hermelin. Shown are
