Fall Institute
For Sisterhood

The Adat Shalom Sisterhood will hold
its 1997 Fall Institute on Wednesdays,
Nov. 5 and 12.
At 9:30 a.m. each morning, partici-
pants will learn from Rabbis Efry
p- Spectre and Daniel Nevins about
"Ezra and Nehemiah — Architects of
the Second Commonwealth." At
10:30 a.m. Cantor Larry Vieder will
teach "The History of Chazzanut."
Bagels and coffee will be served
both mornings at 9 a.m. There is no
charge.

For Social Club

The Adat Shalom Synagogue Social
Club will hold its 1997 Road Rally,
7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at Adat
Shalom. The event will culminate
