Temple Israel Couples club will host
an evening of dining, Las Vegas-style
games and prizes at the third annual
Monte Carlo Affair, 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 1, at Parthenon
House. All couples, regardless of tem-
ple affiliation, are welcome.
The evening will include a full
course dinner, two complimentary
cocktails, gaming chips, black jack,
roulette, craps and door prizes. The
cost is $75 per couple.

Estate Planning
"Creative Financing For the Future"
will be the topic of a presentation by
local attorney Patricia Dudek, 7:15
a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at the Jewish
Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.
Theprogram will focus on estate
planning for people with special needs
in light of the current and impending
changes in the mental health funding
system. Ms. Dudek will offer insight
to families who are concerned about
preparing for the future financial
needs of their children. Patricia
Dudek is an attorney and advocate for
people with disabilities.

At Emanu-El
Temple Emanu-El Sisterhood will
hold its Jews of the World Series, 6:30
p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the temple.
Following hors'doeuvres and dinner,

"Jews of the South."

shop on preserving and organizing

bring 10 photos to put together two
pages for an album. The cost of the
