Annual Meeting

"The Story Behind the Story:
Switzerland, Swiss Banks and the
Second World War" will be the
program for the year's annual
meeting of the Detroit Chapter of
the American Jewish Committee,
noon-1:30 p.m. at a lunch meeting
Thursday, June 5, at the Skyline
Club in Southfield.
Marilyn Henry, staff corre-
spondent in New York for the
Jerusalem Post since 1994, will be
the guest speaker.

will be held.

The community is invited to par-
ticipate in a three-part lecture se-
ries offered by the Agency for
Jewish Education, Midrasha Di-
vision. Rabbi Aaron Bergman,
from Congregation Beth Abraham
Hillel Moses, will discuss "The
Devil Inside: Toward a Jewish
Theology of Evil" 9:30-11 a.m.
Wednesdays, April 30, May 7 and
May 14, at the Agency for Jewish
Education in Southfield.
