Ensemble Hosts
Star Search

The Lyric Chamber Ensemble,
celebrating its 15th year of pre-
senting concerts in the metro De-
troit area, will host "Star Search,"
an afternoon of summer fun at
the Bloomfield Hills lakefront
home of Bunny and Michael
Kratchman on Sunday, June 25,
at 3:30 p.m.
Funds raised at the event will
provide scholarships for deserv-
ing students attending the LCE's
"Summer Music Experience '95
— a two-week day camp to take
place at Oakland Community
College Auburn Hills Campus
from July 7-21. The event will
feature a gourmet picnic and jazz
by the Marcus Belgrave ensem-
ble plus performances by previ-
ous scholarship winners Anthony
and Jeremy King of Detroit, Si-
mon Zarkin of Southfield and
Marcus Belgrave Jr. of Detroit.
