cers at a luncheon on Tuesday,

Mrs. Crane has served on
many Jewish Federation com-
mittees and is active in its Young
Adult and Business and Profes-
sional Women's divisions. She is
also a chairperson of the Young
Women's Leadership Cabinet of
United Jewish Appeal and is the
founding treasurer of the Detroit
Business Initiative that teaches
business skills to the inner-city
youth.
Mr. Mondry and Mrs. Crane
are to be honored at a Jewish
Federation Board of Governors
reception in the fall.
Mrs. Groskind will receive the
Mark Family Award for her com-
mitment to and leadership of the
Jewish Federation's Young Adult
Division and Allied Jewish Cam-
paign. The award will be pre-
sented at the Young Adult
Division annual meeting June
19 at the Townsend Hotel in
Birmingham.
Mrs. Groskind has served in
numerous leadership positions
for YAD and is the division's past
president. She also is active with
Jewish Vocational Service and
Volunteer Impact, an organiza-
tion which she helped establish.
The award comes with a grant
to enable Mrs. Groskind to at-
tend the bi-annual United Jew-
ish Appeal Young Leadership
Conference in Washington, D.C.

Mitchell A. Mondry, Stacey A.
Crane and Elizabeth Kanter
Groskind have been selected re-
cipients of the three 1995 young
leadership awards of the Jewish
Federation of Metropolitan De-
troit.
Mr. Mondry has been named
recipient of the Frank A. Wets-
man Leadership Award and
Stacey A. Crane the Sylvia Si-
mon Greenberg Award, each
honoring a young adult who has
consistently given outstanding
service to the Jewish Federation,
its constituent agencies and the
Allied Jewish Campaign.
Mr. Mondry has served on
many committees of the Jewish
Federation and its Young Adult
Division. He also is a member of
the United Jewish Appeal Young
Leadership Cabinet. In this po-
sition, he helped recruit the
largest group of young adults
from outside the host communi-
