Young At Heart Seniors from
Congregation Beth Achim will
celebrate its seventh birthday
with a brunch and musical pro-
gram June 16 at 11:30 a.m. at the
synagogue. Officers and board
members will be honored.
The program will feature the
Rose Morgan Choral Group.

Young At Heart
Plans Brunch

On June 7 at 1 p.m. at the Jim-
my Prentis Morris Jewish Com-
munity Center, Leah Luger will
discuss how Yad Ezra operates
and how to make this program
more successful. Admission is one
kosher food item.
The Sinai Health Series will
continue June 8 at 11 a.m. Dr.
Sara Gelberd will speak on "Med-
ications: What Am I Taking?"
There is no charge.
A summer concert will take
place June 13 at 1 p.m. with vo-
calist Violet Brooks and accom-
panist Day Wilson. This is free
for JCC members.
The JPM Adult Services De-
partment will offer new summer
classes. They are: 1) A Jewish
film series, 2) Judaism and 3)
"Getting Ready for the 21st Cen-
tury." These new classes will be-
gin the week of June 13 and will
be open to everyone. Registration
will begin June 6.

Maple/Drake
Senior Calendar

The voices of members of the
Michigan Opera Theatre will be
heard June 6 at 1 p.m. at the
Maple/Drake Community Cen-
ter. There is a charge. Call Lor-
raine Morris, 661-7649, to
register.
The lunch and learn series at
Maple/Drake will continue with
Rabbi Daniel Polish discussing
"My Trip to the Middle East" on
June 8. Lunch will be at noon
with the lecture at 12:30 p.mn.

brown bag a kosher one. There is

Mr. Nick Singh, certified fi-
nancial planner and registered

Maple/Drake June 15 at 1 p.m.
