Young Adults
Annual Meeting

Mark Talisman, founding vice
chairman of the United States
Holocaust Memorial Council, will
address the 56th annual meet-
ing of the Jewish Federation of
Metropolitan Detroit Young
Adult Division 7:30 p.m. June 13
at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
The evenings program, which
is open to all young adults who
have contributed to the 1994 Al-
lied Jewish Campaign, will fea-
ture the election and installation
of officers and board members
and an update on YAD by out-
going Elizabeth Kanter
Groskind. Suzan F. Curhan was
nominated as president for the
1994-95 Campaign year.
In his current role with the
United States Holocaust Muse-
um, Mr. Talisman oversaw the
successful opening of the memo-
rial on the Mall facing the Wash-
ington Monument.
A dessert reception will be held
in the Kresge Court, and there is
a charge for the gathering.
