Mat Shalom
Youth Service
Adat Shalom youth will conduct
the Shabbat morning service in
the main sanctuary April 2.
This youth-led service is an an-
nual Adat Shalom tradition
during the week of Passover.
Students in 6th through 12th
grades will participate with syn-
agogue clergy. Teen partici-
pants include: Ken Barr,
Jeremy Fogel, Jason Miller,
Owen Alterman, Jeremy Gor-
don, Marc Miller, Ari Scharg,
Jason Pivoz, Mark Blitz, Jason
Miller, Marcia Gordon and Jor-
dan Steinway.
The students have been
trained by Cantor Howard
Glantz. The program is orga-
nized by the Youth and Educa-
tion Department, directed by
Ron Leff and Marc Kay.
Following services, syna-
gogue youth and their families
will attend the annual Ronnie
Posen Youth Lunch sponsored
by Adat Shalom's Ronnie Posen
Youth Fund.
