Tel Aviv.
Study sessions are held every
Thursday in the first floor con-
ference room of the Max M.
Fisher Jewish Federation
Building. There is no charge for
the class. Lunch is no longer be-
ing provided; however, bring a
brown bag lunch and cold
drinks will be provided at no
charge.

The Northwest Optimist Club
of Detroit and Friends will hold
"Roast Herb Strather," 7 p.m.-
1 a.m. March 25 at the Hotel
Pontchartrain. Mr. Strather is
past governor, Michigan Dis-
trict, and current member,
board of directors, Optimist
International Foundation.
Proceeds will be donated to
the Optimist Youth Foundation
and the Optimist International
Foundation. The master of
ceremonies will be Charlie
Wiles, president of Optimist
International.
