pany has grown in two
years from $35 million in
billings anticipated to
more than $80 million by
the end of this year,
President Fred Yaffe has
created a new profit-shar-
ing program for all
employees.
At the recent annual
meeting of the advertising
agency, Mr. Yaffe un-
veiled the formation of
"Yaffe Associates," which
makes all employees
members who share in
membership dividends.
This year, employees
will receive dividends
equal to 5 percent of their
salaries, Mr. Yaffe said.
