Eric and Sarah Gordon, and
Larry and Lois Nichamin as
building founders for the
Synagogue Campus of Living
Judaism.
Florine Mark has had ar-
ticles published about her
w and her company in Preven-
tion magazine, USA Today,
and Who's Who in the
Midwest. She was honored as
the first woman to receive the
State of Israel Bonds Women's
Distinguished Achievement
Award.

GRANOLA-BRAN MUFFINS

Makes 1 dozen (2 112-inch) or 9 (3-inch) muffins

/2 cup NABISCO 100% Bran Cereal

/2 cup boiling water
/4 cup FLEISCHMANN'S ® Margarine, melted
3 /4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 /4 cup honey
1 /4 cup EGG BEATERS® 99% Real Egg Product
3 /4 cup buttermilk
1 3 /4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup granola
1 /4 cup dark seedless raisins
1 /4 cup well-drained crushed pineapple

In small bowl, mix cereal and water; let stand 10 minutes.

With mixer, beat margarine, sugar and 2 tablespoons honey; blend
in egg product and buttermilk until smooth. Stir in bran mixture.
Combine flour, baking soda and granola; stir into bran mixture. Fold
in the raisins and pineapple. Spoon batter into 12 greased (2 1/2-
inch)* muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Immediately brush muffin tops with remaining 2 tablespoons honey.
Serve warm.
